Current logis aren't going to want to get nerfed, and I'm not sure if the "hate" still exists for "slayer logis" with people raging about heavies and RRs. You're using logic though, and I hadn't thought about the "math" of balancing those suits. ...

If they're rebalancing armor/shields as they seem to have been (compensating hp for the fact you can't regen armor super-fast), it does seem fair to have "slight" suit adjustments. The small tweak to Gallente/Amarr suits is probably fine (not sure...

These seems more ironic in context of them announcing their vision for how the weapons compare, and having weapons blatant ignore the distinctions (TAR vs. Scrambler) in the same post. They really loathe the Amarr. Or love the AR. Or both.

It's interesting that they're cool with having a skill not do anything for a bunch of weapons.... and them being cool with it is Scrambler Rifle specific.

I think the idea of a "Charge" Scrambler that only does charge shots with better range than the semi-auto is kinda nifty. It's more restricted than other charge weapons at that point, if only charge shots work, but it would present an interesting ...

I like most of Laurent's more specific suggestions, though I think 1 extra round per clip at rank 5 wouldn't be too horrible as a max ammo bonus - even if you have to cut the percentage bonus to 1% per level with a round-up at 5. Any slight bonus ...
